My key wouldnt turn, so i got it to turn by tapping it. I replace the key cylinder today which cam with two new keys. When I started it, it ran for a second then died, now won't start at all. Is this the antitheft system- the steering wheel won't lock either now. If I rekey the new cylinder with the old key that apparantly has a chip in it, will this fix the problem or can I bypass this and get it started with new keys?
Thanks for your hep, I need to get to work tomorrow.
