will 41te trans off 01 caravan 3.3L motor work in place of a 41te in a 02 town and country 3.8L

I have a 02 town and country with 3.8 motor and 4 speed trans. The trans went out i can get a compleat 01 caravan with a 3.3 for 600 that got t-boned. My question is will the 3.3 trans fit my 3.8 motor or have any problems with wireing i know the 41te in the trans that comes in both. Thanks in advance

I can only tell you this if they were both 3.3 or both 3.8 engines they would work.Why they wont work cant tell you all i can say is there different part number transmissions.
