Hi. My car is making this weird sound like something needs to be oiled. i was told its my wheel axle? What do i need to get it oiled?

You may have a faulty wheel bearing, if so it will have to be replaced, get a mechanic to listen to it on a road test, he will know if it is a bearing problem or not.
