My car makes a creaking/groaning/rubbing/grinding noise when I turn. I filled the power steering fluid so I know it's not that. It seems worse when it's wet out and sometimes happens when I brake or go over bumps as well... Any ideas what this is, do I need to be concerned and what will it cost me to fix? I have a 02 Chyrsler Sebring
