no 12 volt signal to coil, injectors or alternator

No 12 volt signal to coil,injectors,or alternator.have replaced cam sensor crank sensor ignition switch.Engine size 2.4 dohc found bad timing belt tensioner timing had jumped shutting down car. Installed timing belt kit still no one starting up.

you have the correct key with the chip in it right? Not a duplicate? Just making sure, someone who worked for me almost went insane on a Chrysler trying to figure it out. Was anything done to the car, lie engine swap, or did it just stop working? Possible bad ecu maybe. Let me know

car stopped running on the street,bad timing belt tensioner let timing jump,installed new timing belt kit,new cam sensor,new crank sensor,new ignition switch,new asd relay,used ecm,still no 12 volt siognal to ignition coil
