Chevy had a recall on telltale lights and inst.panel programing. Just bought a 2002 and now inst,panel isn't working. The auto had the reprogramming done 40,000 miles ago. Anyone heard of issue popping back up after a length of time??

normally no it' probably the dash hs gone bad as they will do that as they are digital
