2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer gauges and radio not working

I replaced the radio in my 2002 trailblazer (bought the correct adpater because i have onstar). Radio was working fine! but i hooked up an amp and now my radio wont turn on and the guages dont work.... many sensors are being thrown up like air bag and seat belts.

Disconnect the aftermarket parts that were just installed. Disconnect the battery and touch the cable ends together to discharge any capacitors. Re-connect the battery and see if you still have gauges and such working or not. If everything is working, there is a problem with the equipment you installed, or you wired something into a communications line on the vehicle. If something got wired up incorrectly, you could have caused damage to other components.(not always the case, but it is possible)
