Does the compressor run? Any applicable trouble codes? In the diagram, you can see the fuses for the compressor clutch relay. Not only check the fuses, use a voltage tester, see if fuse circuit has voltage when it should. One is hot all the time, the other goes hot when you turn on the key. When the relay is energized, that arm with the arrowhead moves to the green wire. The green wire is voltage to the compressor, black wire is ground. The compressor won't run without voltage and ground.

If you can hear the clutch engaging the compressor and it has the amount of freon and no cool air-check the air blend door could be stuck in the heat position.
