How to fix turn signal issues?

The driver's side turn signal doesnt work; I have changed bulbs, flasher and fuses, still nothing; No speedy flashing on dash either; Front is LED and read is analo; Please help!!

The rear lighting system hasn't been upgraded to LED. It is still analog.

so dash indicator works but outside light does not in front only?

Inside works, but nothing on outside(front or rear).

brake light works that side? same bulb?
