I have already changed the brake switch. If I unplug the brake switch the problem goes away.

I have a 2002 chevy express 6.5 diesel. When I am driving and apply the brake pedal the voltage gauge drops. With the engine running, but not moving, if I apply the brake pedal the voltage gauge stays at 14 and the abs light dimly flickers.
