my 2002 chevy cavelier is shooting oil into the air filter

make sure the PCV is good. Also, I don't know how many miles are on the vehicle, but if the engine has a lot of miles, it could be caused by "blow by". That is when the rings wear out and compressed air is able to bypass them entering the crank case. From there, it can force oil yo and into the air filter housing.
