Hey everybody, does the clutch master cylinder come out from engine side of firewall? If so, it appears I'll have to remove brake master cylinder and booster so I can see what I'm doing. Any thoughts? thanks

you have to remove the panels to access inside, remove pin and bolts then pull it out from front of dash. you need a special tool to remove line form actuator on clutch remove the m/c reservoir retainer then reservoir and mc then reverse for reassy and bleed system have fun

Thanks for the reply, I remove the clutch master cylinder from engine side of firewall, correct? I looked up the part for clutch master cylinder for the vehicle in question. It has a mounting flange, two bolt holes. The mounting flange is on the engine side of firewall, has two bolt holes. The bolts studs come through from engine side, I already remove the nuts from the studs. I hope those studs weren't for the brake booster? lol

I'm not trying to argue, just trying to understand. I do appreciate your time. I already removed lower part of dash, removed clutch rod from clutch arm and removed nuts from two studs coming through the firewall. thanks

the only thing I didn't put in removal was a ubolt that has to come out as well but I thought you would see that. there are no pictures in the instructions that are sent. the clutch master shouldn't even be with the brake booster which normally has 4 bolts
