its start and die i good fuel psi new fuel filter new fuel pump if i spray starting stuff in the intake it will good stop spraying it dies

Measure with the Key On Engine Off with the fuel pump commanded ON.
Vin (V,T,U)
Fuel Pressure (gasoline) 55-62 psi
Vin (Z)
Fuel Pressure (ethanol) 48-54 psi

hmmmmm. 58 lbs. thats good enough to start it. there is no toggle for the injectors. i would check the crank sensor as it controls the injectors being toggled.
