2002 Cadillac Escalade V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic. Are the brakes easy to change or worth $400.00, the rotors don't need cutting?

You should always cut the rotors due to warp and need to measure the rotors for thickness. Napa will cut them for you for 10 to 15 dollars a rotor. Make sure to purchase good brakes pads not cheap ones or they will squeak badly.
