high idling on 2002 cadillac deville dts

High idling on 2002 cadillac deville dts..car turns on idling at 3 when put into gear goes no lower then above the one.been doin it about an week.changed tps and cleaned throttle body what else can I do?

It is quite possible that you have a vacuum leak causing unmetered air to enter the engine. A common place for this is the boot between the plastic intake and aluminum waterpump housing/crossover. You might be able to get a response by spraying liquid in that area, use caution if the liquid is flammable.
