coolant temperature sensor location?

What is the location of the temp sensor? It's the coolant temp sensor/sending unit. I think it screws into the block somewhere. Thanks for your response.

Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor lOCATED On top rear of engine, near thermostat housing. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Are you refering to the temp sensor that operates cooling fan. It is next to housing for thermostst see diagram

There is only one sensor that I know if you're referring to the coolant or thermostat sensor. I believe that the pic. Docfixit has posted is the only sensor, thermostat or Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (ECT). It should be on the right side of the engine (being that you're standing in front of the car), it's located right underneath the throttle body and throttle cables.
