injector pulse

2002 Buick Regal 3.8 liter.... has 54lbs fuel pressure... spark from the coils... but no injector pulse... what is the #1, #2, #3 cause of this problem? This vehicle was driven through the drenching in Southern California.

With key on, check for voltage at the injector plug. Look for rpm signal.

thank you... after fumbling around for three days, the crankshaft sensor located just behind the splash guard had about 2 tablespoons of water in the sealed connector (no sensing rotation.. no pulse even with voltage to the injectors... wow) blow gun and hair dryer finished the fix with no change of parts
