I was driving my bmw. Hit a dip in Road couple minutes later coolant light goes on. I pull over notice a trail of coolant after the dip in road. Look under car and coolant is flowing out. Attempted to add water but it all came out. Removed the front plastic engine cover to see if something was broken,visible. Put water in the see where leak was. Not in the area beneath the front cover. Coming from beneath the middle plate (Metal).

Could this be the Coolant tube in Engine or Maybe just the water pump?
