We have just checked fuses as blower fan had stopped working awhile ago and also replaced a tail gate bulb and first time ever the car won't start no engine management light is on and all electrics are working HELP

The car may need to be inspected for battery voltage at the DME inside the Ebox (at the left rear quadrant of the engine compartment)
The is a set of 5 fuses in a small black plastic box, it requires a 5mm Allen head driver to remove the Ebox cover, see if one or more of those is popped.
