2002 audi a6 2.7t,72000miles,oil leaks at pan,and back,hard t tell where it is coming from,what are common areas to be concerned about? car has auto trans.car is a.w.d

The most common item to allow leaks between the engine and transmisson would be the crankshaft end seal. Check if there are any leakages from the valve cover or camshaft end seals.

Oil sela lekas would deteriorate over time and if the leak is not too bad at the moment, you can still use the vehicle without any problrm but sooner or later it has to be addressed.
