2002 A6 Quattro the signal horn for the lights no longer sounds

I have a 2002 A6 Quattro with memory seats. 86,000 miles When I hit the button for any of the three options nothing happens unless I hold the button down until the proper position is reached. Also the signal horn for the lights no longer sounds when the engine is turned off and I leave the lights on. I thought it was a fuse, but all of the fuses are good.
