2001 Volvo XC70 Timing

I locked the cams in place with the cam lock tool on the back of the cams. I turned the crank 360 degrees with the cams locked into place . Did I possibly bend the valves by turning the crank by hand while the cams were locked in place ?

My regular source does not list this as an interference engine. When turning the crankshaft by hand, if you go slowly, you should feel the sudden stop if a piston hits an open valve. You have to usually tug pretty hard to bend a valve by hand. That damage is usually done when cranking the engine with the starter or as it coasts to a stop right after the timing belt breaks.
