After replacing the timing belt and the tensor I have noticed a strong gas smell after engine runs for a while.

seems coincedental? does it smell stronger under hood?

the smell is so strong that I can't tell where it is comming from. I tryed to find any leaks but found no trace.
The engine rpm idle is low, unstable, and sometimes stalls when stopping.
There was no gas smell befor timing belt was replace.

was anything gas related disturbed during change?

Check your fuel pressure regulator. They always seem to fail and leak. Ususally leaks down after it as shut down and cause a hard start if left overnight. If this is not the issue have the engine control module scanned to see if there are any fault codes stored that would cause a rich running condition? Good luck and keep us posted please.
