What would cause this car to loose rpm and its making like a puttng stumbling sound :(

I am in dire need of assistance the car was loosing rpm and making like a put put sound when i accelerate it is a 2001 volkswagon jetta i had the car scanned and it showed several things i changed the fuel filter spark plugs 3 cylinder coils the air filter changed the oil all while 6 months pregnant the check engine light will come on and blink when it looses acceleration also there is another light that is like a triangle i have bought the manual and tried to look at everything and have no clue i have also checked the vaccume hoses and have changed 2 all while 6 months pregnant my husband is out of the country and im in this town pretty much alone would love the suggestions and or help thank you.
