Jetta Gas pedal does not work

I have this same exact problem. We changed the throttle position sensor and now the accelerator pedal is still not working at all. What do I need to do now???

This car has a throttle control actuator that goes bad and sits at idle or stalls the car. It should have a code for it and can confirm by following this guide.
