I have a 2001 volkswagen it has started losing speed after going 70 miles and hr. for about 7 miles it start to miss in the motor and my speed goes from 70 to 50 in seconds if i push the accelerator down it shifts to a lower gear and really loses speed fast and my engine light starts blinking is it a vacum line off or somthing please help
