How do I remove the door panel to gain access to the window,I have power windows and its off track?what to do to fix it.

The panel is held on by a few screws and plastic clips between the panel and the door. Remove the screws and carefully pull the clips to disconnect.

There should be screws in the door handle, the armrest, and maybe the window crank, if it has one. The door panel has friction clips around the perimeter that need to be carefully popped out of holes in the inner door skin. Inside that is a vapor/moisture barrier.
