evaporative system(g)/unsupported,catalyst(d) catalyst(G)/nmhc:what is OBD monitor

the milage on my car is 138,550 I forgot to let you know that had some work done on the car. Muffler-rear,resonator-center,0-2 sensor b1s1 and a oil change before the inspection. Would that have affected the inspection.
