When the convertible top is lowered, all of the windows automatically lower also. They are raised with their individual switches.

Last time the top went down all of the windows went down with it as they should, now only the drivers window goes up. The passenger and rear windows don't move.

I don't think I had 3 window motors or regulators fail simultaneously. It is like there is a relay somewhere that disables the window switches so the windows can automatically lower with the top, but it never clicked back to enable the manual switches to work.

I cant explain why the drivers window still works. I think it is unlikely that these windows are on separate circuits.

I am a former electrical engineer so a schematic with a circle around the usual suspect and its location in the car would work for me.

check items in pic first then check relay in trunk as that leads to most of the windows. dNot sure if you'll need a scanner for that or not however as it may be a module and not a relay like it says. our electrical component thing says it's a relay . it may be a Toyota only part. I looked it up on line and the cost is $350-450

I had the exact same thing happen to me. so I ordered a new relay that is located in the trunk behind the carpet and put it on and it still did not fix the passenger side and rear windows. does anybody have any idea what it could be?

I have seen the integration relay go out cause this issue. here is a guide to help check it with the relay location in the diagrams below:

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
