What do i need to do?

i have a 2001 Toyota Sequioa and the gear shift i think might be broken beacause the farthest it reaches is the R for Reverse, it doesnt go all the way up tp the P for parking

I don't think it is broken. You need to check the cable adjustment. Ensure the gear shift safety mechanism is not being restricted.
