I cleaned the trottle body with trottle cleaner and blew out any **** now the engine light came on how do I get it off, 150,000 miles. Declan.

I disconnected the battery for 15 seconds and light is off.

Sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn't. On cars built after 1996 it is easier to have code erased with scanner.
Some autoparts stores will do this for free.
