When my ECHO is heated, it speeds up, the rpm up a lot! I cleaned the IAC valve, but still the same. What could it be? I made the mistake of washing the engine with water and I got wet the connectors, I'm sorry.

If something is wet, it will dry out. If it speeds up, check to make sure there are no vacuum leaks.
