Car was jump started backwards, then battery replaced. cd , stereo do not work and clock resets to 100 everytime I turn off engine. ABS dash light always on and ABS button unresponsive. checked fuses and they look ok. Any simple fix to this?

nope, voltage surges are damaging to computers. you need a good electrical shop to try to determine the damage and give you a bid
