2001 Suzuki Other Transmission oil change/topup

Hi, I have a 2001 Suzuki Grand Vitara 1.6 16v, and when I put it into reverse it crunches very badly. I can't find where I can top up the transmission oil or change it. Can someone help? Thanks.

if t's front wheel drive look on rear of transmission if rear wheel drive look on lh side under car
