when I unlocked the car with the key,I heard a whirring noise in the drivers door panel/the auto window works ok,but the sound continued as I drove.When I turned the key off and locked the door,the noise is still there...will it drain my battery today?

Yes it will drain the window see if the door lock is in the 22 o'clock position?If it isnt put it in the 12 o'clock position the noise should stop. Let me know what you find.
