i have a 2001 saturn reduce light low speed i got it coded the code is p1516 what does the code mean please help thank you?

That is a code for commanded verus actual throttle position error the most common cause is the throttle body and throttle body harness has to be replaced.really common i have replaced a lot of them.ALso you would install a throttle body wire harness hold down on the throttle servo motor.
