Inside lights flashing, security indicator on

The security indicator comes on and flashes. After some time, the inside lights, the dashboard lights flash on off, the gauges stop working when dashboard lights flash. The driving lights flash on and off but NOT the headlights. Also, the indicator lights on the shifter are all on when in any gear except park, first or second.

Have had the alternator repaired, the grounds checked and cleaned, the computer module replaced. Still acting up. Also sometimes can not start car except if put key in aux and car in neutral and then will start.
