keyless entry

I bought this car used. It came with keyless entry installed but, didn't have the transponder when I bought it. I purchased the transponder online but didn'tcome with instructions on how to program. The nearest saturn dealer is 300 miles away so they can't do it....
Help?!

There are no more saturn dealers open anymore the last ones closed the end of oct 2010.If your car has factory keyless entry heres the bad news it requires a tech 2 scan tool with the correct software to program that key fob to your car.There is no jumper procedure to do that.You will have to go to the nearest gm dealer and have them program it.
