how do i tighten up the rear bumper on my rover 45

We have no information on rovers, but i would be looking under the back of the bumper for any attach points and also remove the boot trim as they may also be accessed there, if the bumper was hit in an accident, it may have broken one or more mounting clips, was this the case?
