radiator fan dont work

fan dont kick in, tested the fan direct and it works, teated the fuse that ok. when the car is running there is no power going to the fan

No references to this vehicle-try checking the fan relay power has to go thru there before it gets to the fan-could be a coolant temperature sensor/switch also that the computer uses to activate the relay to turn the fan On.-
