My instrument cluster, odometer and radio will not work. Dash lights work, and airbag light and engine light is on all other device in car work perfectly. In the mornings when it cold out everything works normal except every warning light is on in the cluster but the gauges and radio work perfectly. After about ten min of running the heater and warming up the car is when it quits. Or if I start it up later in the day when its hot out same problem. Things iv already tried- new cluster, new BCM new battery, new fuses, new ground to battery, removed entire dash out of car and checked all grounds and wires for voltage and correct continuity, Also I must add that when the dash doesn't work my mileage displays correctly but stays stuck at its current reading no mater how far I drive. No one has been able to help me with this, one more thing I cannot read any codes on my OBD reader, it says link error, but when its cold out and the cluster and radio is working the odd reader works, shows I have a bad oxygen sensor . if someone actually helps me find this problem and fix it i will pay them generously but i doubt ill find the problem, its probably an isolated case that no one will b able to figure out,

Hi, the bcm I put in , it was used but came out of a running same make and model as mine and the numbers on the bcm matched mine, when I installed it and it didn't make a differance I put my old one back in. I checked the purple wire at differant spots on the vehicle and I'm getting readings of around 3 volts. I'll check the purple wire at the bcm again tomorrow, thanks for taking the time to help me out.
