No brake lights showing

I have a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. I have taillights that work but no brake lights. The one in the rear window works.

First thing to check are the bulbs...

Check and test stop fuse if okay -test the turn signal switch bottom brake lights circuit goes thru there from the dark green wire and the yellow to the brake lites
