when car cold it goes well, but when engine temperature is reached it doesn't want to go

My car struggles to start, when cold it runs good, when working temp. is reached it doesn't want to go. Feels like vacuum advance and retart doesn't work although it is electronic. I have replaced thermostat, cold start censor, fuel pump relay, spark plugs, injector seals, what else can I do? Thank you for your help in advance
