Without testing to see if the motor is getting power and ground there really isn't anyway to answering that question.Do you have a multimeter to do some testing?

2. Remove the front door trim plate. Refer to Door Trim Plate Replacement (See: Door Trim Plate Replacement - Front) .
3. Remove the front door manual window regulator handle if equipped. Refer to Door Window Regulator Handle Replacement

4. Remove the armrest screws.
5. Route the electrical harness through the front door trim panel opening.

7. Use J 38778 to pry the front door trim panel from the door frame at the window seal.

I replaced the drivers side power window switch. The window will now go up 1/2 way then it slows down almost to a stop. I have to grab the window and move it back. Its like the window moves out of alignment and I have to move it back and then it will slowy move closed. The motor sounds like it straining when it gets to 1/2 up. Is their an alignment adjustment on the travel ? Their is nothing that I can see that would impead the travel of the window up. When we move it down it starts out slow then 1/2 down it picks up speed to close. ,

I looked at the window regulator replacement instruction's it doesn't mention a adjustment procedure. Here's what i would do unhook the window glass from the regulator and run the regulator all the way down and slide the window up and down by hand.See if it goes smoothly or it bind's.If it goes smoothly then you have a weak window motor or a regulator is just off track and need's to be replaced.Let me know what you find.
