My car is leaking some kind of fluid

in the front Im pretty sure its antifreeze cause my light is on saying its low but it does this like every 2 wks? I add coolant almost every two weeks cause my light will go off and on & its low what is the problem?

sounds like you have a leak. you need to locate it and repair. could be hose or gasket or cap or radiator itself has hole/crack. could be loose connection on hose or pinhole or crack/split/rip.
