2001 Nissan X-Trail Changing fuel filter

I have a nissan x-trail 4x4 2.0l engine 2001 make. i have noticed that when i start the engine, the engine vibrates vigorously for about 10 seconds and then it becomes smooth. I have been wandering if the problem is with a clogged fuel filter or not. I therefore, need guidance on how to replace the fuel filter.

I question if it is the fuel filter. Have you checked fuel pump pressure to see if it is within the manufacturer's specs? Has the check engine light come on?

The engine check indicator is off, but i guess i need to check the pressure as suggested. How do i go about it?
