When starting car,it whistles very loudly,after about 3 minutes of driving,the whistling seems to die off,then its ok.Its only when I start the car up 1st thing in the morning.

It's most likely an air or vacuum leak somewhere, most likely in the IAC system. Your local shop can perform a smoke test to look for it.
