2001 Nissan Prarie problem of changing gears

i have aNissan Liberty which raves up to 5 with low gear after driving for 20km.at first it wil be well but after about 20km it wil not change gears and start raving making a lot of noise and then suddenly increases its speed on it own.went for scanning and was told its the speed sensor.where can I get the speed sensor.
