Oil filler is at front side of transmission, somewhere near the middle of the transmission housing. It should be a square recessed plug.

i am not that clued up a bout motors
but if i take the rubber cover off thats a round
the gear stick lever will i be able access the plug ?

No. You need to check at it from under vehicle or engine compartment. Do you know where the gearbox is and how it looks like?

Look at the side of the transmission housing for a plug that has to be loosened for checking and refilling.

Drain plug is at bottom of gearbox. It should be a square recessed plug as well.
