Ignition Coil/Power Transistor Resistance

Disconnect ignition coil/power transistor harness connector. Measure resistance between terminals No. 3 (Red or, Green/White wire ) and No. 2 (Black wire). If resistance is zero ohms, replace ignition coil/power transistor.

thank you very much for your promt reply. i have already made the test and found out that the resistance of all coils are not zero ohm but two coils for no. 1 and no.4 plug seem to have a little problem. here us my testing results of all 6 coils;
(I have measure with x10 ohm meter)

(+,B) 6.0 ohm
Coil-3 (+,-) 3 ohm

(+,B) 6.4 ohm

i dun even know whether those resistance values are in line with the standard spec value of nissan coils or not. my car has been facing slight misfire at idle when hot. but CEL is not illuminated yet. i have already done the injectors cleaning and changed the fuel pressure regulator with new one. but misfire is still remaining. In this regards, i thought that my ignition system may be a main cause of current problem. Could you please kindly instruct how i could solve that problem in efficient way..

The readings indicates the coils should be good. Misfiring can be due to spark plugs, oil in plug tubes, ignition coil spouts, fuel pressure, engine compression.

Intermittent misfiring are never easy to diagnose and most often they should be spark plugs and related component faults.
